Order Processing

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your oder has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Please note that during peak season, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. IVANI SELANGE is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at ivaniselange@gmail.com to request a change before the order is shipped.

While we strive to ship all orders within 1-4 business days, external factors (such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays) may occasionally cause shipping delays. We will notify you if we anticipate any delays beyond the expected shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

IVANI SELANGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier
